Because our products are custom made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, change of mind, or personalized items. However, if we made a mistake or your item arrives damaged, we'll work quickly to make it right. Please contact us at Inspire@MelEmbassy.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order information.
